Installation Site: Japan
Scheduled Completion: October 2024
Generating Capacity: 181.82KW
Japan’s renewable energy ambitions reach new heights with YIJIA SOLAR’s 181.82KW Solar Ground Mounting System, a robust and scalable solution engineered to thrive in the nation’s demanding climatic conditions. This project exemplifies YIJIA SOLAR’s expertise in delivering industrial grade solar infrastructure that balances efficiency, durability, and environmental stewardship.
Project Overview
Deployed across 4.3 hectares of underutilized land, the YIJIA SOLAR designed system leverages bifacial panels and advanced tracking technology to generate 240,000+ kWh annually—enough to power 65 Japanese households. By offsetting 180 metric tons of CO₂ emissions yearly (equivalent to removing 43 gasoline powered vehicles), the project aligns with Japan’s 2030 target of 108GW solar capacity.
Technical Innovations
1. Extreme Weather Resilience:
YIJIA SOLAR’s proprietary hot dip galvanized steel (JIS G 3302certified) withstands Hokkaido’s 25°C winters, Okinawa’s salt laden typhoons (150 km/h), and heavy snowfall (2.5 kN/m²).
Anti corrosion nanocoating ensures 35year lifespan despite Japan’s high humidity and UV exposure.
2. Land Optimization:
Singleaxis trackers with 10°–30° tilt adjustability boost yield by 28%, achieving 1,320 kWh/KW/year efficiency.
Elevated design (1.2m clearance) enables dualuse agriculture, complying with Japan’s Solar Sharing guidelines.
Strategic Benefits
Energy Security: Reduces fossil fuel imports by 72,000 liters/year, supporting Japan’s postFukushima energy diversification strategy.
Economic Viability: Delivers ¥35M annual savings with 6year ROI under Japan’s Feedin Premium (FIP) program.
Disaster Preparedness: Integrated micro grid capability provides backup power during earthquakes or grid failures.
Environmental Leadership
This YIJIA SOLAR powered initiative exemplifies circular economy principles, utilizing 95% recyclable materials and preserving 80% of site biodiversity through pollinator friendly vegetation. By displacing 60 tons of coal annually, it accelerates Japan’s net zero 2050 road map while demonstrating how industrial solar can coexist with agricultural productivity.
YIJIA SOLAR continues to redefine ground mounted solar potential, proving that innovation and sustainability can drive both ecological preservation and energy independence in Japan’s evolving energy landscape.
